Huld Certification Acquired by Into Security – Continuing as Into Certification

We are pleased to announce that Huld Certification has been acquired by Into Security. The company will continue operations under a new brand name: Into Certification. The acquisition was led by Into Security’s founder and CEO, Niki Klaus, a seasoned information security professional.

Information security auditing is highly regulated and requires significant effort to gain accreditation. We take pride in Huld Certification’s status as one of Finland’s few accredited information security inspection bodies.

Rebranding ahead

Niki Klaus and his team have actively started to build the company’s future. The first visible change will be the rebranding effort. Huld Certification will be retired as a brand and the company will continue its journey under its new name Into Certification.

Future Collaboration

The acquisition creates new opportunities for both companies. While impartiality regulations prevented Huld and Huld Certification from collaborating on projects, the new ownership structure may enable future subcontracting opportunities between Huld and Into Security, though specific arrangements are yet to be determined.
