The competition is running from April 7 to November 15, 2020 and the winners will be announced at the end of December 2020 at the Subcontracting Trade Fair – Alihankinta 2020.
This year, a service concept for the city of Vaasa utilizing spatial information is being designed in the Huld Design Award 2020 competition. The aim is to develop the city of Vaasa’s understanding of urban mobility.
“The aim of this competition is to find new ideas from users of the city’s services on how to utilize the knowledge of people’s movement. It is valuable for service developers to understand the needs of users. The new ideas and their clear description are exactly what will be emphasized in the evaluation of the entries”, explains Hannu Havusto, the competition agent of the design competition.
