Last week Meteosat Third Generation-Imager 1 was launched from the European Space Centre in Kourou. The satellite’s lifecycle got an excellent start from the successful launch.
Successful launch is always a great source of joy. Especially this time, because many Huldians and Meteosat has a long history together.
Huld has developed Instrument Control Unit SW (ICU-I SW) of MTG FCI (Flexible Combined Imager) instrument for instrument Prime: Thales Alania Space France. Development started back in early 2013 and over the next 9 years a big team contributed to this project, overall including over 30 professionals from Huld.
