The main purpose of a service is to easily solve the problem or the user’s question without difficulties. How do we achieve a good user experience?

Designing a successful digital service requires an understanding of users’ problems and needs. This can be gathered through surveys, interviews, or observations. The collected information should be summarized using user personas and user journeys to ensure high-quality data for decision-making.

Based on user understanding, solutions are ideated. These solutions take concrete form through sketches and lightweight prototypes. These allow for iteration of the solution even before development work begins. The direction can be changed quickly based on feedback.

The best solution is then turned into final and detailed sketches. Developers can work quickly based on unambiguous sketches.

The usability of the finished service or prototype can be ensured through heuristic evaluation or usability testing.
